There is no error message for this one, only the symptom in the title.
Cause
The pages render ratings client-side after hydration. The scraper saved pre-hydration HTML, where the rating fields are null or stubbed to 0.
Fix
Use a JS-rendering scraper (headless browser) or the page's own data API; check one saved page for the field before scraping thousands.
