Expo UI Slider renders squashed or with no width

There is no error message for this one, only the symptom in the title.
Cause
A SwiftUI slider has no intrinsic width. A Host matchContents sizes to its content, so it gives the slider nothing.
Fix
Give it width: a frame modifier, a Host with a real size (style={{ flex: 1 }}), or put it inside a Form.
