After upgrading to SDK 57, expo-font / expo-image / expo-asset config is missing

There is no error message for this one, only the symptom in the title.
Cause
SDK 57 needs expo-asset, expo-font, expo-image, expo-sharing and expo-status-bar declared in the plugins array. expo install --fix cannot edit a dynamic app.config.ts, so it only prints the list.
Fix
Add them to plugins in app.config.ts by hand (copy from a known-good SDK 57 app), then run npx expo-doctor.
