expo-doctor wants TypeScript 6 but tsc reports hundreds of errors

Expo SDK 56/57, TypeScript 6.0.x

There is no error message for this one, only the symptom in the title.

Cause

TypeScript 6 changes ambient type resolution (jest globals and similar). It is a separate breaking upgrade, not part of the SDK bump.
