Opening a detail screen jumps to another tab

There is no error message for this one, only the symptom in the title.
Cause
The detail route only exists in one tab's folder, so navigating to it switches to that tab.
Fix
Put shared screens in an array group so each tab stack gets its own copy: (today,exercises,history)/exercise/[id].tsx.
