These terms cover the Splits app for iOS and Android and the currency converter on davidewins.com/splits. Splits is made by David Ewins, a sole trader in Ireland. By using Splits, you agree to these terms.

## It's free

Splits is free to use. There are no payments or subscriptions.

## Exchange rates are indicative

Rates come from ExchangeRate-API and update once a day. They are a guide, not a quote. They may be out of date, and they won't match the rate your bank, card or exchange bureau gives you. When you're offline, Splits uses the last rates it saved, which can be older still.

Don't use Splits for financial or trading decisions, or anywhere you need an exact or current rate.

## Provided as is

Splits is provided as is, without any guarantee that it's accurate, complete or always available. I may change or stop it at any time.

## Liability

I'm not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the rates, conversions, splits or totals Splits shows you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under law.

## Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

## Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
