For small business owners. Paste a review, or a few, and get a reply to each one in your tone. Edit it, redraft it or copy it, then post it on Google.

## What it does

- **A reply for each review**: paste up to 10 at once.
- **Tone**: Warm, Brief, Formal.
- **Your business**: optional name, sign-off, and what to always or never say. Saved in your browser only.
- **Calm replies to bad reviews**: no arguing in public; it says sorry and asks the customer to get in touch directly.
- **Fake or abusive reviews**: a short neutral reply, plus how to report the review to Google if it breaks Google's rules.
- **Only your facts**: it never makes up names, offers, hours or contact details.
- **Edit, regenerate, copy**: every draft can be edited, redrafted or copied.

## Example

Review: Waited 50 minutes for two pizzas on a Tuesday night and one was cold when it arrived. Staff were friendly but nobody told us about the delay.

Reply: I'm sorry your pizzas took so long and that one arrived cold. That isn't the night we want anyone to have, and we should have told you about the wait. Thank you for the kind words about the team. Please get in touch with us directly so we can put it right.

## How it works

Claude Haiku 5.5 from Anthropic writes the drafts. Your reviews and business details are sent to it to write them, and this site doesn't store them. Your business name, sign-off and notes are saved in your browser so they're there next time.

It only uses the facts you type. If a reply needs something it wasn't told, like a phone number, it asks the customer to get in touch instead of making one up. Read each reply before you post it.

Up to 10 reviews of 2,000 characters each, and 10 drafts every 10 minutes.
