iOS build fails in react-native-skia: 'third_party/base64.h' file not found
iOSConfirmed fix
@shopify/react-native-skia 2.x with expo-build-properties useFrameworks: static
Error
node_modules/@shopify/react-native-skia/cpp/api/third_party/base64.cpp:7:10: fatal error: 'third_party/base64.h' file not foundCause
Skia's relative include only resolves through the pod's header search paths. With use_frameworks! :linkage => :static every pod becomes a framework module and that path stops resolving. Clearing caches does not help.
Fix
Remove useFrameworks: "static" from expo-build-properties (Skia works with the default static libraries), then rebuild once with --clear-cache so Pods regenerate.
