formSheet opens with a header but a blank body

There is no error message for this one, only the symptom in the title.
Cause
The formSheet screen was registered inside a tab's own stack (whose index mounts several panes). The sheet presents and the header renders, but the body never lays out.
Fix
Register formSheets in a stack above the tabs (a root or top-level group layout) and open them by absolute path.
